Dip your toes in the crystal clear waters of the 50m2 private infinity swimming pool and relax under the warmth of the Greek sun on the premium sun beds or one of the lounge and coffee areas. From the impeccable design to the private infinity pool, the villa’s enclosed and private setting is a real lure for guests of all ages. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues (charcoal) under sunset skies. The property lays in 400sqm outdoor area with captivating grounds and within walking distance to Gerakas beach, restaurants & shops. The luxurious villa features a two seater hot tub overlooking the Ionian Sea, the ideal spot for G&T o’clock. For our younger guests an outdoor playground await to inspire them for endless game time. A private parking is also available at the villa premises.

Alexandra Luxurious Villa is designed with beauty and functionality in mind. The leading style throughout the home combines contemporary modern spaces with glam accents which makes the leaving spaces a real pleasure to be in and to a true work of art. The lounge features a panoramic window with gorgeous sea views which leads to the terrace and pool. It consists of a stunning open space, comfortable living area which opens into dining area, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 8 guests. It also features a modern and bright open-plan kitchen for culinary wonders. The stunning property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds and if needed there is a comfortable sofa bed in the lounge area, where two more guests can be accommodated. Maximum occupancy is 8 guests.

Rules & Policies

Full refund for Cancelations 30 days before arrival.
No refund & no change of dates after 30 days before arrival.
Due to Covid-19, being an know event cancelation policy will apply for reservations after 20th of March 2020.

Pool Heating Policy:
-The pool can be heated March-May, October-November and the days with outside temperatures less than 25 °C degrees.
-Water temperature can reach up to approximately 28 °C degrees, depending on the outdoor temperature and prior notice is required as the pool needs 24h prior to before arrival, to reach 23 °C.
– For every day of use the charge of heating the pool is 70€. Prior notice is required and the heating must apply for the entire guest stay.
-In case of rain there won’t be a possibility to use the pool.
